Relaxation is the key to good health and a healthy body mind and spirit. When the body is in the relaxed state it is able to begin repairing itself. When the body is in a state of tension or depression it tries to repair the sources of the tension or depression and can not repair itself. Many people believe they can not relax because of their hectic schedules. In reality any schedule can be aligned to allow a short period of relaxation. The key is the desire to do so. By learning to relax and taking the 10 to 15 minutes a day needed, you will find the following: You will have more energy, Your health will begin to improve, Your productivity will begin to increase, and most importantly you will feel better about yourself and your life. The truth is if you don't take care of yourself, you won't be able to take care of anyone else.
