BEHAVIOR MODIFICATION SESSIONS
Behavior Modifications simply put is the ability to change an unwanted behavior into a behavior that is more desirable. For example a behavior that controls your desire for sweets or deserts can be changed into a behavior that will have you desiring fruits or vegetables instead. With behavior modifications I do many steps to change your inner programming from what you don't want, to what you do want. These steps include: identifying the root cause of the behavior, changing the thought process that controls the behavior, removing the unwanted behavior, and finally replacing the behavior with a new behavior that will allow you to become successful at whatever you choose to do.
